By purchasing CullFlow, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to 3 personal devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. If you experience technical issues, contact us and we will work to resolve them.
CullFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.
In no event shall CullFlow or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos, or loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the software.
The software moves files to a subfolder and does not permanently delete any photos. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
Your purchase includes free updates for the lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to discontinue development at any time without obligation to refund.
Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis. We are not obligated to provide guaranteed response times or resolution.
